2 UP Muslim girls ‘threatened’ for worshipping Ram

Two Muslim girls and their households have been allegedly issued life threats after they provided prayers at their house in the course of the ‘Bhumi Pujan’ ceremony of Ram temple in Ayodhya on August 5.

The girls are members of BJP’s Mahila Morcha and have been supporting the Ram temple building.

In their criticism to the police, Ruby Asif Khan and Nargis Mehboob have stated that posters during which they’re seen praying to Lord Ram have been pasted on partitions. The posters allegedly demand that the ladies must be expelled from Islam. They have additionally been threatened that they might be burnt alive.

Ruby Asif Khan stated: “I sent a ‘rakhi’ to Ram Lalla on July 30 and performed ‘aarti’ with family members at my home when the ‘bhumi pujan’ of the temple took place on August 5. I also sent a cheque of Rs 5,100 for the temple construction.”  She stated on August 17, she noticed posters during which she could possibly be seen performing ‘aarti’ together with Nargis and others pasted within the metropolis.

Ruby Asif Khan accompanied by BJP employees has now submitted a criticism to the Delhi Gate police station in Aligarh.

The police have initiated a probe into the matter.
