2 killed in crude bomb explosion close to Kolkata: Police

Two individuals have been killed and one other significantly injured after crude bombs, which have been saved in a shanty, exploded in Kamarhati within the northern outskirts of Kolkata on Sunday, police mentioned.

The blast occurred round 5.30 pm and it partially broken a shanty within the congested Dhobighat space close to the India Foils manufacturing unit, Barrackpore Police Commissioner Manoj Kumar Verma instructed PTI.
