“To ensure that the rule of law is not discarded and that our company and users are treated fairly, we announce that we will officially file a lawsuit to safeguard our interests,” state-run Xinhua information company quoted the assertion as saying.

Besides the lawsuit, the corporate can also be getting ready for the worst—a shutdown plan to maintain its workers within the United States on the payroll, even when the app is shut down within the nation.

TikTookay has greater than 100 million customers, over 1,500 workers and hundreds of enterprise companions within the US, in response to ByteDance.
