Quake jolts Turkey, Greece; 14 lifeless

Tremors of up to 7.0 magnitude felt in Turkey and Greece, leaving 14 dead (including two in Greek island Samos) and over 400 injured on Friday.

There were reports of collapsed buildings with people stuck in the rubble in Izmir districts. Hundreds of people have been rescued.

Authorities say the death toll may rise, given the intensity of the earthquake. Rescue efforts are in full swing. Reuters
