Pakistan PM Imran’s aide eliminated as PTV chairman

Islamabad: The Pakistan Cabinet has removed Naeem Bukhari, a close associate of PM Imran Khan, as chairman of the PTV, after the Islamabad High Court barred him citing violation of a Supreme Court order. Justice Minallah had remarked that the Cabinet did not make a clear decision on relaxing the age limit for Bukhari. PTI

At 18 million, India’s diaspora largest in world: UN

United Nations: The Indian diaspora is the largest in the world, with 18 million people living outside their homeland in 2020, the UN has said. The UAE, the US and Saudi Arabia host the largest numbers of Indian migrants, said Clare Menozzi, Population Affairs Officer, Population Division at UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs. PTI
