A Pakistani lady was allegedly gang-raped in entrance of her three kids by robbers on a motorway in Punjab province, triggering public outcry.
The lady was driving on the Lahore-Sialkot motorway on Wednesday when her automotive stalled close to Gujjarpura space both attributable to scarcity of petrol or some fault, police stated.
In the FIR, she stated that she was ready for her relative to reach and decide her kids and herself from the spot when two armed robbers smashed her automotive window and attacked her.
The robbers took her and kids to a close-by subject and gang-raped her, police stated.
They additionally took away her purse that had money, jewelry and three ATM playing cards, she stated in her assertion to police.
Newly-appointed Lahore police chief Umer Shiekh stated he has constituted a number of groups to arrest the culprits.

Sheikh, nonetheless, “blamed” the ladies for the incident saying “she should have taken GT Road to go to her house in Gujranwala”.

Opposition Jamaat-i-Islami chief Senator Sirajul Haq has given an ultimatum of 48 hours to the Punjab authorities to arrest the culprits in any other case it will launch a national protest.
