Marine Corps says taking pictures reported at California base


Twentynine Palms (US), July 7

The US Marine Corps on Tuesday mentioned it was investigating reviews of an energetic shooter on the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Centre in Twentynine Palms, California.

The Corps mentioned in a tweet that army police responded to reviews of gunshots at roughly 6:30 am and cordoned off the realm.

“We cannot confirm a suspect in custody at this time,” the tweet mentioned.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department was not requested to help with the incident, mentioned spokeswoman Jodi Miller. She mentioned info would come from the army.

The huge Twentynine Palms base is positioned within the desert 125 miles (201 kilometres) east of Los Angeles. — AP
