Attorneys for Perkins Coie filed a lawsuit in Richmond on behalf of two individuals who say they had been tricked into signing an “Elector Oath” backing West’s candidacy. Under the state regulation, a candidate should have 13 electors pledge their help for a candidate to look on the poll. AP
