Armed man holds 10 bus passengers hostage in Ukraine

Lutsk (Ukraine), July 21

An armed man seized a bus and took 10 individuals in it hostage in northwestern Ukraine on Tuesday, launching an hours-long standoff with the police, the Ukrainian authorities mentioned.
