Yoga is part of my way of life, says Shamin Mannan


Being a health and fitness enthusiast, Shamin Mannan practises yoga on a daily basis. To Shamin, yoga has now become a lifestyle. Shamin says, “Yoga is not just a type of physical workout, but it’s now a part of my lifestyle. Yoga helps me at the mental, emotional and physical level. It has made me focused and disciplined, especially in these challenging times.”

She adds, “I’ve become a yoga addict and I make sure not to miss my practice sessions even if I am travelling or working. I love challenging myself to do difficult poses while maintaining a calm and peaceful state of mind. It has even increased my immunity and made me a better person.”
