Urvashi Rautela recently posted a video on her Instagram where she can be seen practising kickboxing. The caption of the video read, “Prepping hard for my next action film, Doing my own action stunts gonna be so fulfilling & something what I love the most.”
Urvashi will be seen in a women-centric action film. To prep for the same, the actress is investing six hours to exercise every day. The schedule includes gym training, fight choreography and horseback riding.
And now, the latest buzz suggests that Urvashi will be heading to Sweden for a special training from Wonder Woman Gal Gadot’s trainer Magnus Lygdback.
Meanwhile, Urvashi will also be following a strict diet plan which consists of good proteins, slow complex carbs, good fats, and lots of veggies.
