It’s not necessary to go to the gym, but it is necessary to work-out every muscle of the body. And if you can do that at home, it’s well and good. However, healthy and clean diet is more important.

What are the basic fitness exercises one can do at home?

Some of the common exercises are jumping jacks, plank, cross crunches, side plank, squats, lunges, push-ups and Russian twists.

What is the key to improving the metabolism of a person?

For good metabolism, the body requires all essential vitamins and minerals, along with high protein and some amount of essential fats.

What food should a person include in daily diet?

A balanced diet gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly and most of your daily calories should come from fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and lean proteins.

Today’s generation is highly dependent on supplements, what is your take on it?

Supplements are not harmful, but they should be genuine.

Celebrities train extensively, can a common man transform his physique like them in a short period of time at home?

Sticking to a regular exercise schedule is not easy. After all, there are plenty of potential hindrances — time, boredom, injuries and self-confidence. But these issues don’t need to stand in your way. Consider practical strategies for overcoming common barriers to fitness.

What is your typical day like?

Very disciplined; I start with my work-out after waking up early and normally join the clients by six am, followed by my breakfast. Then, another training session and the day goes on with clients until I finish with my final meal of the day by nine pm.

How active are you on social media?

I have become very active now to help people.
