Nothing can beat the large display, says Shireen Mirza

The Maharashtra government had in early November last year allowed cinema halls to restart operations with 50 per cent seating capacity amid stringent precautionary measures. Shireen Mirza, who visited a cinema hall to watch a film for the first time after the coronavirus pandemic hit India last year, seems to have enjoyed the experience as all the safety measures were in place and it only made her feel safe and comfortable.

“I have always loved watching movies in theatres. But this time I was a little skeptical due to Covid-19. But I am pretty much happy with the kind of sanitisation and hygiene they are maintaining,” says Shireen.
