Mugdha Godse has taken to a Mediterranean plant-based diet to keep herself fit. Mugdha’s diet is rich in vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, beans, cereals and grains.
The actress says, “The body functions differently now than a decade ago. I had tried different diets and zeroed in on the Mediterranean plant-based diet for my health and wellness. It works beautifully well and I think I should have tried it years ago. It aids all my energy needs and I feel more energetic these days.”
