Disney is engaged on a characteristic movie based mostly on widespread Disneyland theme park trip “Haunted Mansion”.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the studio has roped in “Ghostbusters” author Katie Dippold for the challenge.
Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich’s manufacturing banner Rideback might be producing the live-action film.
“The Haunted Mansion” opened at Disneyland in 1969 and was a direct success, spawning related rides at Walt Disney World in Florida and Tokyo Disneyland.
Patrons are positioned in a “Doom Buggy” using by way of a haunted home with dozens of supernatural scares.
In 2003, the studio used the trip as inspiration for its horror comedy of the identical with actor-comedian Eddie Murphy portraying a workaholic realtor who buys a mansion that seems to be haunted.
