Actress Madirakshi offers tricks to hold hydrated throughout summer time


With summer setting in, everyone is keeping themselves hydrated to beat the heat. Actress Madirakshi shared a few tips to keep everyone hydrated in this weather. She feels this time of the year is when people start feeling low in energy because of the climate and the best way to fight is to keep your body hydrated. She also mentions one should drink as many coolers as possible, such as coconut water, watermelon juice, lemonade and many more.

Madirakshi says, “I like summer as a season, but there are few things you have to be very careful about. One of the things that tops that list is to keep yourself healthy. I have always made sure I drink plenty of liquids during summer. There are so many fruits and vegetables available in summer, which is the best part. I am planning to use most of them!”
