The nation’s largest financial institution SBI on Friday posted 81% bounce in standalone web revenue to Rs 4,189.34 crore for the primary quarter, aided by decline in unhealthy mortgage and sale of minority stake in its subsidiary SBI Life Insurance.
The June quarter revenue displays Rs 1,539.73 crore earned out of sale of two.1% stake in SBI Life Insurance Company, the financial institution stated whereas saying its first quarter numbers.
Standalone whole earnings elevated to Rs 74,457.86 crore within the first quarter of 2020-21, from Rs 70,653.23 crore in the identical interval a 12 months in the past, SBI stated in a regulatory submitting. — PTI
