Paytm plans IPO to boost $three billion

New Delhi, May 27

Digital payments giant Paytm is planning to come out with an IPO worth $3 billion later this year, according to sources. The proposed IPO, if successful, would be the largest such offer.

The SoftBank-backed company is looking at raising about $3 billion at a valuation of well over $25 billion, the sources said. — PTI
