Power big NTPC on Friday mentioned it has acquired the approval of Niti Aayog and Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) to arrange a wholly-owned firm for its renewable power enterprise.
Now, NTPC will transfer to type a subsidiary agency for renewable power enterprise, because it has requisite approvals for the aim.
