28.32 lakh individuals travelled by air in Aug, says DGCA


A complete of 28.32 lakh home passengers travelled by air in August this 12 months, 76% decrease than the corresponding interval final 12 months, aviation regulator DGCA stated on Wednesday.

Occupancy fee ranges 58 to 69%

While IndiGo carried 16.82 lakh passengers, a 59.4% share of the entire home market, SpiceJet flew 3.91 lakh passengers, which is 13.8% share of the entire market, the DGCA knowledge famous.
